The team at Venture Oaks, as business consultants and project managers, led room and public area renovations of the 286-room full-service Marriott hotel as well as the adjacent 116-room select service Courtyard Peoria Downtown.
The team transitioned the hotel from prior ownership and managed the renovation of rooms and the public areas in 2022.
