As the real estate and business consulting team under Britannia Pacific, Venture Oaks leaders developed, leased, financed and managed the U.S. Bank Tower, the 400,000 square foot high-rise building at 621 Capitol Mall in Sacramento alongside joint venture partner (prior to formation of Venture Oaks, during previous employment).
The project was completed in March 2008, leased up completed in 2010.
