The business consulting team leads at Venture Oaks supported the acquisition of the 309-room Ritz Carlton Palm Beach in 2003. The transaction was executed by the team prior to the formation of Venture Oaks, during their previous employment on behalf of Britannia Pacific Properties, Inc.
The expanded project included a new wing, 42,000-square foot luxury spa, additional pool and an outdoor restaurant. The team also operated the hotel from 2013-2016.
While still working with Britannia, the team transitioned the hotel away from brand management, to the Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa, an owner-managed luxury resort. After forming Venture Oaks, the team renovated 18,000 square feet of meeting space and common areas and managed the hotel in 2017/2018.
