The Venture Oaks leadership team acquired and managed the hotel now known as Atlanta Doubletree in 2003 on behalf of previous employer Britannia Pacific Properties, Inc.
Venture Oaks transitioned the franchise to Hilton in 2005, managed and operated under a franchise agreement from 2005 to present and renovated and managed the full hotel to completion in 2017.
